No Mercy 1 Witch

Everyone knows there's almost always a witch in the ally way in the first level of No Mercy in Versus Mode.

Yesterday I was playing in a random Versus game and there was no witch. It was one of those "too quiet" moments.

Blood Harvest on Expert

My team and I can make it all the way to the finale of Blood Harvest just fine, but when we start the finale no matter what we do where we go or what strategy we try it always seems to fail. Can someone throw us a bone here and lemme know if there is still a working glitch or strategy that got them through this damn near impossible campaign??? Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

I was curious just how one is supposed to do the exploit for Zombie Genocidest using a wired controller and a rubber band without falling prey to Special Infected. Where is one to go where Special Infected would not be a problem? I cannot think of anywhere to do this, and if I am going to bother purchasing a wired controller, I'd like to know that this will actually work. I know this exploit that allows you to travel outside the warehouse in Blood Harvest survival. I tried it in a L4D2 survival but it doesn't work. Anyway, to do this exploit, you'll need the minimum of two people; though three+ is better. Oh, and kill the AI bots since they will mess it up for you. So yesterday my friends and I decided to play some classic L4D. After kicking ass in No Mercy (as usual) we played Dead Air. Let me start out by saying the other team was absolutely terrible. Hey guys. My friend and i had recently watch the first trailer of l4d ( the very old one used for the demo) and he said it was scary. i think the older version was kinda scary since it was dark as HELL. then they made the other version of L4D (the new one) and not that freaky. So my question is do you think valve intended the game to be like a horror game at first but change it into being more of a fun exiting game with light? why or why not ?

Hey guys, I have been play L4D2 for awhile and just got L4D1. My first run through on No Mercy I got a number of achievements. However, I died at the finale (but the AI still got on the chopper so it ended the campaign for me). Anyway, later when I went to check the achievements, the ones I earned during No Mercy were not there. Does this mean that in order to get credit for them in L4D1 I have to survive the campaign? Me and a couple of my friends/L4D teammates have been attempting to get this achievement for some time now, we have gone through dead air on easy and gone through the finale checking our health first and not taking damage the rest of the chapter getting on the plane still taking no damage, but the achievement has yet to pop up.
