Only asking because it's happened twice now, I have jumped off the vechile in a vain
attempt to save some team mates and the helicoptor or boat have just
left the finale and I've apparently survived the encounter, even though I
had jumped off and was fighting off a hoard at that time. Okay, so this has been bothering me for some time now. I currently have 48 achievements successfully done according to Left 4 Dead 2's achievement list, but in the main menu under my games it only says I've done 47 of them.
