Someone is going to die... nobody survives forever

This just happened to fly at us out of nowhere, and they tell us that a L4D survivor will die. I say that somehow, this storyline is screwed up. The survival DLC made me think otherwise with this recent announcement. Since it has accord however, the person that I think will most likely die is Bill. (sorry Zachmagic ). He's fought through many wars, and someday he was going to die in one, but with zombies? He did have a great time. Now it's our turn to decide.

Francis and Zoey have already been semi-confirmed in the passing, so it's out of Louis and Bill. Who's more likely to make a heroic sacrifice from these two? Bill states he's already had a full life, and it's in his nature to sacrifice himself for the sake of these kids.

That's not even counting the difficulty they've had with Jim French's busy schedule. Crash Course was basically Left 3 Dead seeing as Bill remained silent the entire time.

In fact, all the facts are pointing it out as Bill. It's Valve of course, so they may pull a plot twist and make it Louis, but for now I'm going to say Bill. Which sucks.

Of course in the DLC WE get to decide, but in the official canon? Bill.

The tour bus is seen in The Passing's early footage...so I'd guess these are some of Nick's new lines.

Is a hippy referring to one of the original survivors? "Just go, just go, he isn't coming with us." indicates it's DEFINATELY not Zoey. That is if this source is 100% correct.

So who is the hippy? First thought was Louis, he is after all sunshine beams, but the fact he's 'unfriendly' makes me believe it's Francis.

The line "Just go, just go, he isn't coming with us." may be referring to when the groups of survivors are splitting up after the first level.

To find out which survivor will die, you have to think of why Valve would want to keep the individual survivors. Valve likes to have a nice gender balance, and racial balance. So they may kill off Loius to keep that balance (he is also the least liked l4d1 character, not as many angry fans).

No voice actor ever had the same voice. Did you ever notice that the voice of Rochelle was played by a woman named Rochelle. It's in the manual and on this website. Even check out the survivor profiles; no one is the same, or uses the same voice ever.

You sir, just lost everyone's respect. The correct answer was actually ALL of them deserve to make it out alive. Yes, even Rochelle.

Although Bill probably will die anyway. Heroic vet staying behind to make sure the kids survive? I can see it happening.

I was playing on alone on advanced or expert and i was in the safe room with Louis and Zoey (I was playing as francis) and so bill is out side the saferoom not coming in. there was no zombies and so he shot the car outside of teh saferoom and he still never came in so i had to kill him

See, that's just odd. It's nearly always AI Louis who messes up our Offline Single Player/co-op games in L4D. I'm pretty sure it varies though. Sometimes AI Zoey has a crappy session instead.

In L4D2 however, it's pretty much consistantly AI Rochelle for us.
Kill off the AI stupidity and be done with it.

I initially went with this idea. After reading into it more, i think these might not have anything to do with the passing at all. These are probably old lines from an pre-release version of dark carnival, which involved the Midnight Riders tour bus, and a hippie. Reading back through them, these quotes don't make too much sense with the context of The Passing.

Probably because nobody wants to seem racist. I hope he dies though because he is the dullest character in L4D1.
