I was sort of thinking since they only took a year to make left 4 dead 2 then why cant we find more glitches

And i am wondering how Nick, Rochelle, Ellis and Coach know the names of the special infected other then jockey Charger and spitter. Because they are the same name as the ones Zoey, Bill, Francis and louis called them.

Maybe, just maybe, they were talking about it during the passing as they tried to come up with names for the SI, and then they figured it out together. L4D1 survivors already knew 5 SI: Hunter, Smoker, Boomer, Witch, and Tank. The L4D2 survivors were having the biggest problem trying to figure out names for them. During the passing, they soon figured them out, but decided to call them different names because sometimes they would forget on the fly. For the glitches, Valve must have really been looking into L4D2 to find everything they could, and some glitches were found first days, weeks, or months. Besides, a near perfect game only has a few glitches.

P.S: You are in the L4D section, not L4D2.

I was going to guess they just adopted the L4D1 survivors nicknames for them upon hearing them in the passing.

The took more than a year to make L4D2. Elements of the game were in the works before L4D1 hit the streets. L4D was such a radical concept that they decided to release the simpler L4D1 first to ease people into the new type of game. L4D2 is also built on the exact same platform. All they really did for the second is tweak and add stuff.
