Another thing to consider: Make sure there's no drama between teammates. Resentment only leads to arguments that cause disagreements and ruin team chemistry. If you're starting a team everybody doesn't have to like everybody (that helps though), but they at least have to be cool with each other.

Normally I would say join gamebattles but the ladder is dead. Teams avoid using the match finder (an option for finding quick matches) because they don't want to play a top team or people decide to play matches once a week (which doesn't help out the activity of the ladder). If you join this website you probably won't ever play.

People loose and get discourage and quit teams before trying to mesh together and get their chemistry up or people sign up as a free agent and expect to get picked up by an established team and when that doesn't happen they just decide not to bother playing on the ladder. I don't know, if you do get a gamebattles team together you should play my team. Looking to play some new teams instead of the same teams every week or every other week.

its true..its been dead for some time...but playing redleaf is always an option for all you guys.. 0.0

We're actually taking the time to make sure our team is well practiced and ready. Since the only teams left are really good ones I would suggest anyone starting a team take the time to build a well practiced squad with solid strategy.
