I want to try Fable 3. Truthfully, I've only played a little bit of Fable 2, but I'm not impressed. Maybe my mind will change around, and I will get to Fable 3. Hopefully, it will be epic.

Fable 3= epic win, unless the publishers aren't keeping a tight leash on Molyneux then we might get disappointed.

Fable 2 was fun. I played the game the hole way through. I just wasn't all that impressed with it. It was extremely easy and all in all an unfulfilling gaming experience. The combat and magic system made the whole fighting side of the game a joke. I don't think I ever felt truly challenged in a fight. Buying up the towns and and playing the sim side of the game was the best part. It's pretty much what kept me playing. If they make necessary tweaks to the sim side and completely overhaul the battle system I just might give it another chance.

The thing that sucked most about Fable 2 was co-op. You couldn't play as your character as the second player, the first player decides everything, and the second player is always tied to the first. Co-op in Fable 2 is the worst.

I really enjoyed Fable II. Me and ReapinginProgress completed the game together, although I agree she should have been able to look like her character for the duration. At least the female co-op models look better than the males. Jeez.

Still, we co-opped the entire thing together and had a blast doing it.

It was a pretty good game but after you got done with the main quest there wasnt really much replay ability

I really hope Molyneux doesn't overhype this one. He did it for the first two (Fable 2 not so much) and although some features were scrapped they are still awesome. For example; I was hoping for the dog to be more important to the game when in reality, he was just a cute toy that found stuff and did expressions with you. Peter said that the dog was going to be a companion that you would have feelings for like it was a real dog.
I love how Fable 1 was a huge disappointment in terms of what was advertised compared to what was available on release and still turns out to be the best selling xbox game that year.

Still, just don't listen to Molyneux and whatever comes out should be new and exciting. Maybe.

Well apparently the weapon system is different and Co-op that allows you to play as your character and you aren't leashed to the hero. Though I wouldn't quote it, since I don't know how true it is.

Still I enjoyed Fable II probably because I didn't find out some of the stuff it had been promising until after we completed most of it. lol

I spent most of my time buying EVERYTHING. Then watching as my money increased in the thousands every few minutes. I didn't really even need the money, I just like having watching my money go up. Probably helped since playing a hench(wo)man (seriously those male henchmen were hideous...and not in a good way.) meant that I didn't really effect the game XD
