Final Fantasy XIII

Got Final Fantasy XIII the first day it came out, and my sister is hogging the game. The game has a total of 60+ hours of total gameplay to it, it's only single player, but it is an epic game. This is a strategy game however, so if you don't like to strategise, this game isn't for you. You do you think of this game?

It's ok.... The battle system is fun from a strategic standpoint but feels sluggish at times. I was a big fan of VII and IX, but I don't really look forward to the grinding in this one the way I did with the others. I like the paradigm system. It's fun to plan out your team and order the powers. It also makes for very interesting strategy in battles. I don't like the weapon leveling system. The only thing I can say about that is that it's annoying. I'm about half way through disc 2 and still haven't decided if I'm going to bother finishing.

The rest of the game involves going through sides that you can take on, but they are not required to beat the main story. However, you should play the side missions so that you can level up and be better for the final battle.

That game's cinematics are AWESOME I loved VII and this game is good but when you compare it to others........

i love final fantasy XIII when i first got it my bro was hoggin it and didt let me play till he got to disc 3.the jokes on him cause im on disc three aswell
wat suckd is that the boss im stuck on got to him no prob him....................

Yeah, FF XIII is an RPG with underlying Strategic elements. The Command & Conquer series are true Strategy games. Don't get the two mixed up.
