I'm guessing he needs expert tips on how to be a good team boomer.
Here are my tips:
1. Boomers never go for the kill, they wait till they arrive, and then you puke on them.
2. Puking on all 4 survivors is the best way to win versus matches as it causes panic and allows other SI to attack.
3. Even though you may not be attacking, you are more useful than you think.
4. Find a common area to hide behind and wait for survivors.
5. You could also find a rooftop, jump down, then puke.
6. Even if your puke misses, they might not; if a survivors shots you at close range, odds are that they will be covered in bile.
7. Coordinate attacks with the other SI so that the boomer goes first to cause panic, while the others try to find an opening after you set up the bile.
8. Bile attracts the horde, and temporarily covers the survivors so they can't see.
9. With horde in place, and SI ready to attack, you can end a match right from the beginning if you do it right with the boomer first.

Also, especially in L4D1, the boomer is very noisy. Many people will hear the boomer and be more careful. some, with the help of expensive headsets, can triangulate it and gun it down before it can do anything.
So, practice spawning at the last possible moment so you're in the survivor's faces.

The boomer is the only infected character that has voice recognition capability. Plug in your mic and just tell him what you want. DO NOT TOUCH YOUR CONTROLLER WHILE SPEAKING TO THE BOOMER. It is very important that you do not confuse the controller with electrostatic discharge (ESD) that naturally occurs in your hands. Other reasons the voice commands do not work include:
1: Wearing synthetic fibers.
2: Distance between controller and console.
3: Altitude (anything 1300 ft above sea level is futile).
4: Failure to speak in an accusatory manner
5: Not meeting the boomer's needs (like a feeling of belonging).
This is not an all-inclusive list, but it is a start.

Well I'm doing go on expert with my freinds next door, shes a girl and after we get pass the thrid part on (The Parish) or what ever it name is. So we are half way to the safe house next thing happen is that, a tank and another tank comes out at the same time. How do I kill both at the same thing ?

Well I try to they can't run any faster than like the old L4D. At that we both have molotov and we throw them on them at all time's. they tank over an full clip from both of our guns.
