Permanent Mutations(misleading title)

Will Realism Versus be the only mutation permanently available, or will other mutations make it as permanent game modes as well?

Probly depends on how they do. VALVe keeps an eye on their official L4D forums and they take what the users say seriously. If they see a demand for it or if they see a lot of good feedback for a particular mutation, i wouldn't be surprised if they made it permanent.
