If you still haven't gotten Sob Story

...and you have the Passing, it's relatively easy to do when you're the Last Person on Earth. No more worrying that the bots (or the other players) are going to wake her up.

Doesn't work on Kite like a Man, though. The L4D survivors are also dead.
