How'd you discover the game

Well there must be story on how you found the game.

Every time i go to walmart or gamestop I would see the L4D game and the hand would creep me out. I never, ever thought I would be playing that game. I thought it would look like dead space or silent hill
but when I was looking through youtube I saw these guys playing some zombie game and they were really funny.( his steam name is Kilplix and his youtube acount is Kilplixism ). And then I found out it was L4D and then I bought the game and that's how I discovered the game

I was in my bf's house and he was playing, he kept asking if i wanted to play and i kept saying NO cuz i was way too freaked out! I thought it was really scary!

After he beating No Mercy he started a new campaign and put the controller in my hands and said "Run n shoot if you don't want to die" and i was like "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH O_O" so i started playing with a lot of jumping and screaming cuz i got scared LOL... that night i played the all campaigns without stopping and i didn't want to leave!

Next day i went to GS and bought it for me

Lol only girl's I know that play this game are you and the girl next door. Well when i went to my couisn house he was palying this and I really didn't care for it that much until he got caught by a smoker and got choked to death. So I went to GC and bought it for mysefl also.

My Dad got this game for Christmas. My parents said I wasn't quite old enough to play M games, and my dad pretty much sucks at video games. When I was finally around 15 1/2, I asked my parents if I could play an M game, and my first was Left 4 Dead, then Halo 3.
I've been playing L4D and L4D2 ever since.

After seeing all the coverage on the game i couldn't resist checking it out. It was purchased shortly after being released in stores.

I discoverd L4D when my unlce bought and L4D2 i discoverd on TV and addvertisments at GS my unlce got it for Christmas and he let me play it ever since now he wants it back to play but i always "no becuase i almost have every achievement in the game." once he has it back ill play it again for the mutations.

Not much of a story here...

I was just in XBL Parties and my friends would be playing it, saying things like "Hey, there's a witch!" and "TANK!" Of course, I didn't really pay much attention, seeing as how I assumed a "witch" was a female zombie and the "tank" was like, well, a military tank. You know, so they could shoot the zombies with it and stuff...

Anyways, I didn't really care about it until I saw L4D1 at a pawn shop. It was 20 bucks, so I was just "meh" and bought it.

I was kinda disappointed about the Tank, though. Wasn't expecting that the first time...

I saw a hands on preview with a developer on X-play. I pre-ordered the game the next day!!!

Yahtzee reviewed it. Sounded perfect, and I pretty much ended up buying an Xbox just for that. Ironically I didn't know much about the game even then, but 4 player co-op in a zombie apocolpyse? I was sold.

I later found out it wasn't 4 on a single console though. TAD disappointing, but whatever.

The same reason why I bought XBOX. I was gonna buy PS3, but is there l4d or l4d2 in PS3.... nope

I played the demo had no idea what was happening because the A.I kept saving me too fast to register what a Smoker/Hunter was so I got bored then my school friends told me to buy it I bought it played literally a game with them the rest I played myself made friends with good people and the rest is history.
