Love or Hate for L4D3?

I haven't heard anything about if there is gonna be a L4D3 or not... but i have been reading a lot of negativeness towards it in some forums. A lot of people seem to be disliking the idea of ever seeing a L4D3 and rudely oppose when people even ask about it...

Me: I would love a third part. I really have enjoyed part 1 and 2 so i think that if 3 comes out i'll be in love all over again. There's not many games out there that catch my attention in such a level as this one. Before discovering L4D i was really confused into what "crew" i was in... Halo 3 crew, GoW crew or CoD crew... until i started playing this and it was my perfect match. L4D games are my "crew". So yes, i would love to see a L4D3 and of course i'll buy it... i'll even buy L4D28 if it was out! lol

So i want to know about you guys and girls... How do you feel about getting a L4D3?
Would you want a third part? or are you strictly opposed to it? why?

Not yet. Not anywhere in the near future. VALVe made a big deal about promising to do ongoing DLC for BOTH l4d and l4d2 and I'd like to see a lot more of that first.

True. I would want for L4D2 to age so that were not being rush by new games and stuff. And yeah, I can't wait for the new L4D DLC..... if there is one.

I'd like them to explore what the military is doing with the survivors/carriers. It would pretty much wouldn't be the same game anymore, but seeing as how they're trying for some sort of story, they might as well go the whole hog.

nah its too early for l4d3 plus i would get the feeling it would carry on forever like l4d27 or something haha. i think 2 games is enough besides they need to tie the 2 games 2 gether like they said by explaining bills death etc etc. and i wanna find out how the zombies got there in the first place

to early l4d2 came out quick because the first l4d is broken, to many problems with it and i will list a few reasons 1. broken scoring system (cuz there was a way to glitch the game to gat about plus 30 or more on health bonus) 2. to much camping in rooms on in areas 3.ITS WAY TO EASY TO SURVIVE 4. weapon upgrades are over powered. this is just a few of the reasons but the one thing i do like about is the 4 secure!!

I do miss the 3-1. Everything else was purley an L4D2 beta test.

i'd rather get the DLC as they promised...maybe a weekly custom map for 360 users instead of mutations or every other week...maybe new melee weapons or introduce a new SI...just a little more add on value with 1 & 2 would be nice.

I'd like a L4D3, but i want plenty of continued support for BOTH 1 and 2 before 3 is even announced. support as in: What happens to the original crew after the Passing? or, what happens to the l4d2 guys after they are rescued after the parish? (basically: what happens with the survivors from both games?)
