L4D BloodHarvest Survival Mode: Exploit to get out of the map even on the XBox360
I know this exploit that allows you to travel outside the warehouse in Blood Harvest survival. I tried it in a L4D2 survival but it doesn't work.
Anyway, to do this exploit, you'll need the minimum of two people; though three+ is better. Oh, and kill the AI bots since they will mess it up for you. What you do is, near the shelves that hold the jesus spot, there is a walkway. Have one of your teammates hang themselves off the walkway to incap themselves. Once you've done so, have yourself and/or another teammate begin to revive the person. If you're on your own picking your friend up, you want to start reviving him then quickly let go and press the revive button (X on the Xbox360) and restart the revival. If you've done it correctly, your teammate will be levitated above the bar he fell off of. If done enough times (mostly three nearly completed revivals do the trick) your friend will be revive only he's now standing on top of the warehouse on his own.
If you have another person helping you, it's much easier. The two of you will look at your incap-ed teammate until your arms are outstretched in a motion to help pick them up. Once you're both facing him, decide who will begin the revive. Once one of you begin, the other will hold the revive button soon after. The key to this is to follow the incap-ed teammate with your cursor and timing. Once the revive bar is nearly full, the person who began will release the button. Now it's the second person who begins the revival and the one hanging off should be a few feet above the bar he hung from. After the second person begins revive, the teammate who started faces his falling teammate and moves his cursor until it looks like you're stretching your hand to help them. Once the screen gives this image you will hold revive again. The second person will then let go near the end of the full bar and the first person will begin revive for the second time. This time, however, the person who began must revive the fallen survivor all the way. If done right the person is now on to of the roof and out of the map. If the timing is off, they will just pop up onto the rail they hung off of, safe and sound. The remaining players will either try to get a second person up or they will begin the horde. The person on top of the roof will not be affected at all while his teammates will battle for their lives and ultimately die.
If only one person is doing the revive, then the best thing is to do multiple resets until the person appears to be close to the roof, then finish the revive and he should be outside. With a single person, the exploit is very difficult. Timing is everything for one person. However, if a single person can do it, then theoretically, you can get a total of three survivors out of the map.
I have done it multiple times so I am able to do it on my own; however, it still will take some time to do so. Also, there is in fact a way to get off the roof and onto the landscape outside of the warehouse, but I am not exactly sure what it is. There are a few steps to take, otherwise you will end up dropping to your death. There are areas where you can't enter or if you've gotten gold you can kill yourself by falling, but these areas are hard to get to if I can't explain how to get off the roof.
And as a tip, make sure to have health packs because the fall off the roof from the right spot will harm you. You will not get incaped but your health will get down, and pills will wear off.
If you need a live demonstration then my gamertag is Fear Neko Neko; unfortunately something has happened to my L4D disc and now it won't seem to work on my XBox.
