Site Suggestions

Hey Guys!
I'm considering redesigning/reworking the site and wanted to know if anyone had any good ideas. Are things hard to find? Do you wish we had something that we don't have? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Pay your Mods (mod) and unreasonably large salary! Other than that I don't think it needs too much fundamental changing. Maybe a face lift for a change of scenery, but nothing major.
