Need for REAL matchmaking

Anyone else fed up with team vs?? So many teams just rage quit before we even get a chance at infected on the second level. I appreciate what Valve was trying to do with team vs. But I feel as though it's a half finished system. It's takes far to many server shut downs to find a team worth playing. We know that they are out there. It's just hard to find them with a randomised system. The system needs to be

We actually almost finished HR

last night. One of their guys quit at the start of the 3rd. But the 3 remaining kept playing!!! We actually got all the way to the finale button before they shut the server down on us!!! It was amazing!!!!!
