Sonic 2 was the first I got to play. Tails is officially my first video game character, and as such I have a soft spot for the two tailed fox. Alex Kidd was the first game I ever saw played in full however. Was pretty heavily into Sega as a kid.

Well I had a Nintendo for a few months when I was a kid but never really got into many games. The first games I ever played through were Vector Man and Spiderman: Maximum Carnage on Sega Genesis. The first "next gen" console of my time. In those days there was no save. You planted yourself down and played till it was done!! Ah the golden age of gaming... Wait... That sucked!! This is the golden age of gaming!!!!

Got the chance to play Borderlands today. However, it was only single player. It's alright, I guess. I imagine it is a lot better with friends though.

Sonic and Sega All Star Racing is worth a look if you thought Mario Kart Wii was cheap with the items. It's a clone, but in the same way Crash Team Racing was a clone; it's actually fun, and arguably better than Mario Kart.

One of the first games I remember playing was Tony Hawk's Pro Skater for the PS1. At the time, I was only five years old, playing a teen game i didn't know was teen. Man that blood was really unrealistic.

The sequel was a good game though. Good soundtrack, manuals(did they introduce it in this game?), boards, skaters, and venues. I only rented the game, but it was fun while it lasted.

The second game I recall playing was a PaRappa the Rapper spin-off Um Jimmer Lammy. It revolved around the same concept as PaRappa, but instead of a rapping dog boy, we get a shredding guitar girl named Lammy. She is trying to get to her bands concert in time while going through many music numbers. The bands name is MilkJam I believe. I think the most popular side character from that series was Chop Chop Master Onion. It was an awesomely weird game.

I also once remembered playing A Bug's Life. There were several glitches in that game. Some moments were frustrating and intense, while other moments were easy and calm. It was an okay game. So far, all the games I recall playing were from the PS1. I never had any other console back then except for the PS2. Back then, I was a major Sony fan.

I remember playing that one on the PC. Damn, that last level was actually kinda fun. Not an amazing game, but it kept my interest long enough to reach the end.

Hardest game I ever played? Rick Dangerous. Screw your expert realism mode, this was the hardest game to beat ever. EVERYTHING kills you. EVERYTHING. It came the hell out of nowhere too. You'd be jumping, and then suddenly get impaled by a well hidden trap.

Well, maybe 'I Wanna Be The Guy' is harder, but I never played it. They have the same sadistic mindset at least, that makes the AI director's treatment of the survivors downright maternal in comparison.
