Press the attack button continuously to get un-pounced. Press the shoot button, H or U. If you made it to the Roof Top Finale, you are better then me for right now.

Beginning of level 4 of No Mercy. It was the first time I encountered a smoker.

I MADE IT TO THE ROOFTOP FINALE. Then i had to go so I put my computer on standby and left the game open so I could pick up where I left off.

Anybody know how the finale works? Do you have to do a radio call or something or is it just like every other level?

Yeah, I found smokers. They are easy as shit to kill if you spot them right away.

well you just get to the roof top part then it starts i havent made it to the first tank but i just leave it open on my laptop

There is something odd, but familiar about L4D being on an NES computer game. It makes it feel like the 80s again.

I cannot get passed the tank hard as hell but then if you try to run around to avoid the rocks zombies are there and boomers and hunters and smokers

THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF DEATH TOLL!

I just beat No Mercy. When I got to the rooftop, I went right, then all the way up, then started going left. Ran in to a tank. BEAT HIM! and the chopper came in the top left corner. Did it single player. Then I got lost on the first level of Death Toll and gave up...

PS - Beat No Mercy without dieing. CAN I GET AN ACHIEVEMENT!

Got to Death Toll 3. Right before the cemetary, there's a tank. Can't get past him.

I can beat No Mercy pretty easily now though...
